Creating a Work Schedule Template

With Hello Scheduling we make it easy for you to set up a work schedule template using recurring shifts.   For example, it’s very easy to create a shift that recurs every week on Monday through Friday.  With recurring shifts, you can specify a number of different details, such as:

  • The shift start and end times
  • How many employees you need to work the shift
  • Advanced shift patterns, such as it occurring every 3 weeks
  • And which days of the week the shift recurs on

Once you’ve created this shift, you simply schedule it by clicking on the calendar.
