Today we launched the ability for your employees to “give up” their shifts.  Don’t worry, this feature is turned off by default and does not replace shift swapping. Once your employee “gives up” his or her shift, it will automatically become an open shift that any employee can pick up.  If you’re interested in enabling this feature in your account, learn more here.
