Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No credit card is required to sign up. You get 30 days free to see if you like us.
Do I have to sign a long term contact to use Hello Scheduling?
No, Hello Scheduling is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts and you can cancel at any time.
Do my employees need email addresses to use Hello Scheduling?
You can schedule anyone -- with or without an email address -- using Hello Scheduling. Email addresses are NOT required.
Many of my staff do not know how to use a comptuer. Can we use Hello Scheduling?
Absolutely. As the scheduler, you can schedule all of your employees, including their breaks, time-off, vacation, and more. Your employees never need to log in to Hello Scheduling -- you can simply print a schedule for non-technical folks.
Who owns my scheduling data?
You do. If at any time you need us to export your scheduling data, we're happy to.
Is there any software to install?
Hello Scheduling is fully web-based. You can log in to your schedule from any computer with a web broswer. There's nothing to install.
How will you bill me?
We currently offer monthly billing via credit card. There is no long term contract.
